Scope and Contents The Fargo Water Treatment Plant Photograph Collection consists of images primarily from the period when the plant was first constructed in 1911 and 1912, although they do extend into the 1970s. Most of the images are of construction scenes of the treatment plant from initial construction to later additions; and also of the Fourth Street Dam. Scope and Contents There are a total of forty-one photographs comprising five folders. Four of the photographs are of buildings; of the rest, a handful are portraits and the remainder are of people engaged in performances, parties and dinners, and various preparatory activities relating to each. Abstract The Frank L. Anders Photograph Collection is the amalgamation of two separate donations by his children. The first donation in 1966 was part of an extensive manuscript collection that was processed as Mss 1417. These images generally document Anders' involvement with the building of the North Dakota capitol in the 1930s. The later images were donated by his daughter in 1996 and are primarily related to Camp Grafton, home of the North Dakota National Guard.
